Pros: Fast, easy and an actual pleasant experience for obtaining a refinance loan.
Cons: I can't say anything negative about my experience with Quicken Loans or their agents.
The Bottom Line: All in all, I found that Quicken Loans is a professional, efficient and very pleasant business to work with.

Obtaining a loan online using Quicken Loans was simple, understandable and extremely Quick! I have only good things to say regarding all of the transactions, contact persons and ease of use of the site.
There is an easy and useful guide on their site that takes you step by step from the initial loan application to the final loan confirmation. All documents involved in obtaining and getting through the complete process are accessible through their site. You can just review any or all of the documents or print the documents in total or by selecting pertinent to you. They also provide helpful documents regarding rates, types of loans and the frequently asked questions area.
Any questions that I had were answered clearly and in a timely fashion by the primary loan consultant or the client relations department. Items I did not understand were explained in lay person's terms. Emails were sent regularly with updates and contained useful information regarding my loan application.
I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone who is considering refinancing, or looking for an Equity Loan. My experience was absolutely positive. I found it refreshing to talk to actual agents who either called or emailed immediately and I did not get the runaround that I've experienced with other banks and financial firms.
